  • How do I access the softcopy of the photos?
    Softcopy of the photos will be sent to your email address in 6 to 8 weeks after the photography session for editing process.
  • How can I upgrade my package?
    Upgrade option is unavailable at the moment. Should you want to switch to another package, you have to cancel the existing package and proceed to purchase the new package.
  • How can I contact the person in charge for Studio and Outdoor Photography?

  • Can I change my shipping address after reservation is made?
    It is not recommended. However, you may email your request change address to enquiry.cnergy@mmu.edu.my.
  • Can I walk in to a Studio Photography session without prior reservation?
    No. You are required to make a reservation first at MMU Cnergy website.
  • Is there a limit to the number of pictures I can take during the photoshoot?
    No limit.
  • Are there any restrictions on the types of editing that can be done?
    There is no editing service offered. Standard photo editing will be provided as a part of the photography service.
  • Will I have the opportunity to view and select my photos before they are printed?
    No. The editor will select the best picture to be printed.
  • What do I have to bring to the Studio Photography session?
    Please bring and present the QR code sent to you via email during the reservation process.
  • Will there be any editing/enhancement done on the pictures?
    Minor enhancement will be done to ensure color and small imperfections are corrected and enhanced before printing.
  • Is there a way to track my photo's progress?
    To track your purchase, you may email MMU Cnergy at enquiry.cnergy@mmu.edu.my.
  • How can I get a copy of the stage photos?
    The stage photos may be collected in MMU during the convocation period. However, uncollected photos will be delivered to your address and the softcopy will be emailed to your email address in 6 to 8 weeks after photography session for editing process.
  • Where can I collect my photo?
    If you choose next day self-pick up, you may collect the photo at MMU one day after the photoshoot. Uncollected photos will be delivered to you in 6 to 8 weeks after the photoshoot session for editing process.
  • Is there any additional cost for photo editing?
    No. Standard photo enhancement will be done as part of the service.
  • Do I need to bring any documents with me when I collect my photo?
    No, just present the QR code sent to you via email upon reservation.
  • Can I collect my photo by myself?
    If you choose next day self-pick up, you may collect the photo at MMU one day after the photoshoot. Uncollected photos will be delivered to your address in 6 to 8 weeks after photography session for editing process.
  • Is it possible to purchase a Studio Photography package on the day of arrival?
    Yes. But we advise you to do so earlier for shorter waiting period.
  • Is it possible to use the Express Lane on my graduation day?
    Yes, the Express Lane option is available at additional charge of RM100 per order.
  • Can I do Studio and Outdoor Photography session on my graduation day?
    Yes, and please ensure to make a reservation first.
  • Why do I only receive softcopy photos and not hardcopy photos, and vice versa?
    This may happen due to several factors, but mostly it is due to incorrect email and physical addresses. Please ensure to provide accurate email and physical addresses.
  • Can I arrange for a photoshoot at a location other than the studio for Studio Photography?
    No.
  • Is there a make-up artist available for my photo studio session?
    No.
  • Is there a studio available outside MMU?
    No.

  • How long does it take to make a reservation for Studio Photography session?
    It takes about 10 - 15 minutes to complete the reservation.
  • When do Studio and Outdoor Photography open for business?
    The Studio and Outdoor Photography packages are available only during graduation period.
  • What is the procedure to buy Studio Photography package?
    1. Make a reservation at MMU Cnergy website. 2. When reservation is complete, a QR code will be sent to you via email. 3. After receiving your graduation scroll in the hall, please proceed to any studio available outside the hall. 4. Present the QR code to the staff at the studio. 5. Photoshoot begins.
  • What is the maximum number of people allowed in a Studio Photography packages?
    Maximum is 10 pax. However, additional surcharge of RM50 per person for more than 6 pax.
  • Are Studio and Outdoor photography included in our graduation fee?
    No. Only On-Stage Photography is included. You may need to make a reservation/booking to purchase Studio and Outdoor Photography.
  • What are the packages available for Studio Photography?

  • When do I have to make a reservation for the studio and outdoor photography session?
    The reservation can be made once reservation portal is open. Announcement will be made and you have to make a reservation prior to the photo session. We advise you to complete the reservation as early as possible to avoid congestion and complication during the photoshoot day itself.
  • Are the softcopy photos free of charge?
    Yes.
  • Is there an option to change the time slot after I have selected it?
    Yes, you may contact MMU Cnergy at enquiry.cnergy@mmu.edu.my.
  • Is it possible to select a preferred time/slot for the photoshoot?
    Yes, slot booking is available for the photoshoot session outside of the convocation day. However, during convocation day, the photoshoot session is on first come first serve basis.
  • Is it possible to book a photoshoot session for a different time?
    Yes, subject to the studio opening period.
  • How long does it take to receive the photos?
    1. If you chose Next Day Self Pick Up, you may collect it 1 day after the graduation ceremony. 2. If not, the photos will be delivered to you in 6 to 8 weeks after the photography session for editing process.
  • Are there any restrictions on the time of the photoshoot?
    No.
  • When will my photographs be shipped out?
    In 6 to 8 weeks after the photography session for editing process.
  • Are there any additional costs associated with extending the photoshoot session?
    No additional cost if it's within the studio operating time.
  • Is it possible to change the date of the Studio Photography session?

  • How long does the Express Lane take to get through?
    Depending on the volume of the Express Lane.

  • What is the deadline to purchase the Studio and Outdoor Photography package?
    1. For Stage Photography, you have automatically purchased it as long as you have paid the graduation fee at MMU. 2. For Studio and Outdoor Photography, you will need to make a reservation prior to the photoshoot day to avoid congestion and complication.
  • Can I request a specific delivery date?
    No.
  • How long does it take for the payment to process?
    Between 1 to 3 days, depending on the banks' processing time.
  • How long does it take to process my refund?
    Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 21 business days of the approved refund request.
  • How do I make a new purchase?
    New purchase of photography package can be made at MMU Cnergy's website.
  • What is the fee for Express Lane?
    The Express Lane is RM100.
  • What payment methods are accepted for purchasing convocation photography packages?
    We only accept payment via debit and credit card.
  • Is the payment medium secured?
    Yes.
  • Can I make payment upon arrival at the photo studio?
    Payment needs to be made upon reservation. Reservation is incomplete if no payment made.
  • Is there a fee associated with requesting a refund?
    No fee associated.
  • What is the procedure for cancelling an existing purchase and buying a new package?
    1. Make a cancellation of existing purchase and make a request of refund(if needed) using email enquiry.cnergy@mmu.edu.my. 2. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 21 business days of the approved refund request. 3. Proceed to make a new reservation and make payment for the new purchase.
  • Is there any discount for purchase of more than 1 package?
    No, the rate per package is fixed.
  • Are there any additional fees for using a certain payment method?
    The payment method fee (if any) is inclusive of the package price.
  • Is it possible to get a refund without making a new purchase?
    Yes.
  • How much is the shipping fee of the photographs?
    The shipping fee is included in the package price. No additional fee will be charged for delivery cost.
