Refund Policy for Photography Services during Multimedia University's Convocation Ceremony This refund policy applies to both studio and outdoor photography services provided during the convocation ceremony.
1. Cancellation and Refund Requests
Customers may request a cancellation and refund of their photography service appointment. Refund requests must be made in writing and submitted to our customer support team.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility is subject to the timing of the cancellation request and the specific circumstances. Refunds are typically processed based on the following criteria:
a. Full Refund
- Cancellation requests made at least 15 days before the scheduled appointment will be eligible for a full refund.
- In the event customers want to change their package, they are eligible for a full refund of the previous package.
b. Partial Refund
- Cancellation requests made between 7 to 15 days of the scheduled appointment may be eligible for a 50% refund, with a deduction of 50% to cover administrative and processing fees.
c. No Refund
- No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled appointment or for no-shows.
3. Rescheduling
Customers may request to reschedule their appointment if they are unable to attend at the originally scheduled time. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability, and there will be no additional fees for rescheduling.
4. Unsatisfactory Service
If a customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the photography service provided, they must inform our customer support team during the photography session.
We will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns and may offer a complimentary reshoot if the issue is due to factors within our control.
5. Weather-Related Cancellations (Outdoor Photography)
In the event of unfavourable weather conditions that prevent the outdoor photography session, we will reschedule the session at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible due to time constraints, a full refund will be issued.
6. Refund Process
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 21 business days of the approved refund request. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the booking.
7. Exceptions
Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances, such as emergencies, illness, or unforeseen events.
8. Communication
Customers are encouraged to communicate any issues or requests related to refunds or cancellations promptly to our customer support team to facilitate resolution.
